A Valentines twig Wreath! šŸ’•

Hello again, I thought I would do a quick post on how I make my twig wreaths. When I posted a picture on my stories a couple of weeks back I had allot of messages on how I made it..so a tutorial blog was born!!

This wreath has Valentine’s Day in mind however you can change the shape or add different flowers…even fake ones! The concept is all the same!

To begin with…..you will need-some good scissors/secateurs and bendable twigs, honestly these twigs came straight out of the hedges round my house. So totally inexpensive! You will definitely need some florist wire and I found mine again, quite cheaply on Amazon Here.

Once all your items are gathered up, cut all your twigs to the same length, approximately 50cms, get them nice and long. The bigger the twig the bigger your arrangement, so just bare this in mind! Once you have them cut, get them into two similar sized piles and wire the top- piles separately……..see below boring picture….

Once wired, join the two piles together and pull into shape…for this I have done a heart shape but you can do a circle….wire the whole thing once you have it in a shape, you may need another set of hands for this. Then have a tea break because it can be time consuming!!!!!šŸ˜‚

You can leave it Naked šŸ™ˆ..however I’ve added some flowers! I arranged some items off the wreath first..then wired it to the twig arrangement.

Throw some ribbon on it or frankly whatever you have lying about the house you think might suit!

It’s suitable for your front door or indoors…whatever you desire! It’s not complicated at all! Have a go and let me know how you get on!! šŸ’•šŸŒø

Also when you flowers have died, take them off and add some fresh ones! It’s totally reusable! ā¤ļø

Just a bump shot…27weeks šŸ’•

Thanks & happy valentines folks šŸ’•ā¤ļøšŸŒ¹
